He began his career in human resources and quickly moved into growth leadership roles, helping four HR tech companies expand across North America and globally.
At ZayZoon, Sean is focused on bringing earned wage access and financial wellness to mid-market and enterprise employers through both direct and partner channels. With a passion for solving workforce challenges like retention, recruitment, and financial stress, Sean works closely with HR, payroll, and finance leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes for frontline employees.
He previously launched a global HR tech media platform and brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to sales strategy, channel development, and executive engagement.
