About the Presenters:
Martin Reid
Martin is the Corporate Treasurer & Finance Director at the TMX Group where some of his achievements include successfully raising bank debt and long-term notes for acquisition financing and negotiating and improving pricing and covenants for their revolving credit facility. Martin is also a part-time professor at Centennial College having taught (or currently teaching) subjects ranging from Financial Management, Corporate Finance, and Management Accounting. Prior to Martin's role at TMX he held progressive positions at Kinross Gold Corporation as Director of Treasury and Assistant Treasurer. Martin holds a BSc in Mathematics (Actuarial Science) from Université de Montréal and an MBA in Finance from Simon Fraser University.
Gabriel Chua
Gabriel is currently Head of J.P. Morgan's Liquidity and Account Solutions Product for Canada. He has held progressive roles at J.P. Morgan during his 15 year career with the organization, including nearly a decade at the firm's Hong Kong office in roles ranging from Regional Liquidity CFO to Corporate and Investment Banking Treasury. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Finance and International Business and an MSC in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco.

Neha Dasani
Neha is currently a Manger at Ernst & Young where she is spearheading Payments Modernization efforts for a major Canadian financial institution, driving the ISO 20022 migration and optimizing payment workflows. Neha's experience also includes leading payment operations at Nanopay Corporation and Rio Tinto where she directed global treasury operations and optimized cash management for over 300 entities. Neha holds a Masters in Banking and Finance from ICFAI University, IFRS from ACCA UK, and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).

She also actively probes near-term economic and policy developments.
Previously, she held senior roles at the IMF, the Canadian Department of Finance, and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
Sean Paulseth – Sean is a revenue and partnerships executive with a track record of building and scaling go-to-market strategies for HR and fintech startups. He began his career in human resources and quickly moved into growth leadership roles, helping four HR tech companies expand across North America and globally.
At ZayZoon, Sean is focused on bringing earned wage access and financial wellness to mid-market and enterprise employers through both direct and partner channels. With a passion for solving workforce challenges like retention, recruitment, and financial stress, Sean works closely with HR, payroll, and finance leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes for frontline employees.
He previously launched a global HR tech media platform and brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to sales strategy, channel development, and executive engagement.
Damian Jones – With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Damian currently serves as Vice President, Global Transaction Banking, Canadian Commercial Banking at Scotiabank. His extensive experience spans across corporate and commercial lending, cash management, capital markets, and credit and operational risk management..
