Lorraine has over 20 years of extensive experience in Global cash management (including trade) and the ability to deal with various industries and buying centers within an organization and truly understanding their respective eco-System. Lorraine’s primary objective is to help clients achieve their working capital objectives by leveraging the solutions and tools developed by J.P. Morgan.
Before joining J.P. Morgan, Lorraine worked at Citibank Canada and Dubai in a variety of treasury services roles including Trade and operations.

Alyssa Kong
VP, Product Management, Onyx Coin Systems
J.P. Morgan
Alyssa is a subject matter expert on blockchain-based payment solutions for financial institutions. She is a Product Manager in the Coin Systems team at Onyx by J.P. Morgan, with a mandate focused on the core blockchain deposit account product offering. Previously, she was in the Research & Development team within Coin Systems focused on bounded innovation and product ideation, where she was responsible for identifying, validating and incubating new product ideas and features.
Prior to Onyx, Alyssa worked in the Securities Services business within J.P. Morgan and experienced both product management and product development roles across a number of products. She was most recently responsible for managing product and strategy for the global custody business provided to global and regional asset managers in EMEA, with a wealth of experience across the different commercial aspects of product management including product strategy and roadmap development, consultative solution development, digital transformation, and complex commercial negotiations.
Alyssa holds a first class MEng in Chemical Engineering from University College London. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis.
Jeremy Pollack

Jeremy is a subject matter expert on blockchain-based payment solutions for financial institutions. He is a Product Manager in the Coin Systems team at Onyx by J.P. Morgan, with a mandate focused on scaling the core blockchain deposit account product offering.
Prior to Onyx, Jeremy worked in the Network Management business within J.P. Morgan, holding several product and project management roles across a number of products. He was responsible for developing and conducting a continuous improvement framework to develop Network Management products and service, from strategy to roadmap development and ultimately digital transformation. This lead to the creation of products for the selection and management of the network of 600+ agent banks and financial markets infrastructures used by the firm. Prior to his role in Network Management he held various roles across Digital & Platform Services.
Jeremy holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Rutgers Business School, and is an MBA Candidate at the NYU Stern Business School with concentrations in Finance and Strategy. In his free time outside of work and the classroom he enjoys travelling, skiing, cooking and reading.
