Rob has a passion for building strong teams and bringing new, innovative technologies to combat the growing complexities of cyber threats. Joanne McLennan has 25+ years of Operations and Credit Risk experience in International and Domestic Banking. In her current role of Vice President, Fraud Management at Scotiabank, she is responsible for leading the Canadian Fraud Operations teams which includes oversight for Inbound, Detection, Application Fraud, Deterrence, Claims & Disputes and Fraud Program Delivery. Prior to joining Scotiabank in 2007, Joanne led a Credit Risk Management team at Wells Fargo Financial.
