With more than two decades of experience in financial services, she brings deep expertise in product strategy, payments innovation, and risk management.

Stephanie plays a key role in shaping the future of Canada’s Real-Time Rail and advancing initiatives that make payments faster, safer, and more accessible.

Rondev Bhattacharya is Director of Industry Relations at Payments Canada, where he leads engagement with members and ecosystem stakeholders to support the modernization of Canada’s payments infrastructure.

He plays a key role in fostering collaboration across the industry, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, trust, and innovation.
